In this edition of the SVC Podcast, SVC Contributing Editor Bennett Liles talks with Ben Pfeffer of RTS Unified Communications. Ben outlines an ambitious digital signage project undertaken by RTS at Mt. Sinai Hospital featuring the MediaZone digital signage software application from Keywest Technology and he discusses operator training and the features of MediaZone that attracted his interest. With this project, RTS took Mt. Sinai Hospital from paper signs and easels all the way to a complete digital signage system worthy of the Hospital’s famous name.
