In this edition, SVC contributing editor Bennett Liles talks with Josh Jagdfeld, vice president of Intermedia Systems Group in Burnsville, Minn., about the total AV upgrade the company performed for Hosanna Lutheran Church in nearby Mankato. The project included a complete sound system featuring EAW and QSC speakers along with a Yamaha M7CL48-ES EtherSound integrated console. In part one, Jagdfeld discusses the challenge of the tight timeline on the project and how the narthex was set up for sound in an area that can be open to the sanctuary or closed off in a separate space.
