In this edition, SVC contributing editor Bennett Liles concludes his talk with Travis Ellis and Tom Yerkes of CompView Audio Visual on the AV installation at the new San Diego headquarters of mobile phone service provider Cricket Communications. They discuss the Tandberg videoconferencing gear that was brought from the previous location and repurposed for the new facility. Also detailed are the automatic microphone mixing, the AMX control system programming, and the effect of floor-to-ceiling windows on the conference room acoustics.
