In this edition, SVC contributing editor Bennett Liles talks with John Tiner, senior systems and design engineer with the University of Maine System. They discuss the upgrade of the university’s statewide distance learning network to an all-IP system using Haivision Barracuda encoders, a Haivision Videofurnace advanced server base system with Instream desktop player, and Stingray set-top boxes.
