In part one of this podcast, SVC contributing editor Bennett Liles talks with Jeremy Elsesser of Level 3 Audio Visual, a systems design and integration firm in Mesa, Ariz. Elsesser provides details on the installation and programming of AV and digital signage systems in the new headquarters of Henkel Dial in Scottsdale, Ariz. The design of the building, the routing of AV signals, Crestron touchpanel controls, media players, and the videoconferencing systems are explored as well as system monitoring and maintenance by the inhouse AV crew.
