In this edition of the SVC Podcast, SVC Contributing Editor Bennett Liles completes his conversation with Alan Eidson of Eidson Studios in Little Rock, Arkansas about his sound and video installation at the newly opened Lincoln Heritage Museum on the campus of Lincoln College in Illinois. Alan details his use of the Alcorn-McBride ProTraxx 16-channel audio player and the Digital Binloop in creating the atmosphere of Ford’s Theater and other scenes in the life of Abraham Lincoln. He also discusses techniques used to hide wiring and use various objects in the museum exhibits as sound transducers.
