In part two of the podcast (listen to part one), SVC Contributing Editor Bennett Liles wraps up his chat with Chris Walston, project manager with the Multimedia Development Group, and Chris Lewis at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta about their ongoing installation of Extron TouchLink touchpanels to control AV assets on the university campus. Lewis and Walston discuss AV support in a university setting and what types of trouble calls are the most prevalent. They provide details on how GUI design on touch panels can reduce trouble calls and maximize useful class time.
