In part two (listen to part one), SVC contributing editor Bennett Liles continues the discussion with Mark Morrison, Patrick Dezess, and Allan Childers of Audio Video Systems, a Chantilly, Va., AV design and integration firm. They go into more detail on how they conducted a large AV installation at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the United States Green Building Council. The LEED-certified building had some surprises for installers and the AVS crew provides insight as to choosing energy efficient AV gear and dealing with unfamiliar architectural features.
